Terms

Effective 5 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and FiveToClose for the use of wazup.si ("Wazup"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What you are buying

You paste a quote you were given for a job. After payment, Wazup writes a packet and emails it to the Google address you used to sign in. The packet has three parts: a plain restatement of the job, a list of what the quote did not spell out, and a note you can send to another shop. That note does not include the first price. Delivery of the packet is the product.

Wazup does not call, email, or visit the shop. Wazup does not get a second quote for you. Wazup does not negotiate. A lower price on a later quote is not part of what you bought, and it is not guaranteed.

Price and refunds

The price is $29 per quote, in US dollars, charged by Stripe. A comped account is not charged. We do not store your card number. Stripe does.

If we take the payment and then fail to deliver the packet to your inbox after you use the retry on your account page, email the contact on this page and we will refund that $29. We do not refund because a second shop quoted the same number, a higher number, or no number. We do not refund because you disagree with the wording, unless the packet invents a dollar amount that was not in the quote you pasted. If it does, say so and we will refund that charge.

Your quote

You must have the right to paste the quote. Do not paste someone else's private papers. Do not paste threats. We can refuse a paste and we can close an account that is used to harass a shop or a person.

Sign-in

The only sign-in is Google. We then email a link from support@fivetoclose.cloud. That link works once. It expires 24 hours after we send it. Opening it validates the account. Until you open it, you cannot buy a packet.

What this is not

Wazup is not a contractor, an estimator, a law firm, an insurance adjuster, or a collection service. The packet is not a bid, not an appraisal, and not advice you should treat as the last word on what a job should cost. You are 18 or older.

The site and the law

We can suspend the site for repair. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Missouri law governs these terms, except where a consumer rule where you live says otherwise. The stories and the film on the homepage are examples from public posts. They are not customers, and they are not results we claim to have produced.
