Effective 5 October 2026. FiveToClose runs Wazup at wazup.si. This page says what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Google sign-in gives us your name, your email address, and the Google account id. We store those so you can sign in again. We email that address from support@fivetoclose.cloud with a link that works once and expires in 24 hours. We store whether you opened it.
When you buy a packet we store the city, the job name, the quote text you pasted, the packet we wrote, the time, and the Stripe session id. We email the packet to your Google address. We do not email the shop. We do not sell the quote. We do not use it to train a public model. We do send the quote text to the model that writes the packet, only for that request.
Stripe charges the $29. The card number stays at Stripe. We keep the session id and, when Stripe sends it, the payment id, so we can match the charge to the packet and refund a failed delivery.
We keep the account and the packets so you can open them again. If you email the contact on this page from the Google address on the account and ask us to delete it, we delete the account, the sessions, and the packets we can match to that address. We may keep a record of the charge itself for tax and disputes.
The host that runs the server, Stripe, Google (for sign-in), and the model provider (for the one request that writes the packet) process the data as needed to do those jobs. We do not sell it. We do not run ads against it. Pages behind sign-in are not indexed. The site is served over HTTPS.
